Arsenal Womens Programme

SOUTH PARK FC have become a member of the Arsenal Women Sister Club Programme for the 2018/19 Season.


Being part of the programme will help SOUTH PARK FC grow Women and Girls’ football. Arsenal Women deliver the biggest Sister Club Programme in England and will be looking to support grassroots clubs recruit more girls to play football, make friends & have fun.


Becoming a member of the Sister Club programme reflects SOUTH PARK FCs passion and commitment in developing girls’ football, and the support from Arsenal Women FC will provide them with the opportunity to inspire girls to play more football, and to help coaches develop their knowledge, skills and confidence in coaching the girl’s teams at the club.


As part of the support provided to coaches at  SOUTH PARK FC they can attend coaching workshops held at the Arsenal training ground, be given regular coaching session plans and resources aimed to help them deliver effective coaching sessions and connect the girls in their teams with the Arsenal Women players. While the girls at the club will be able to access tickets to Arsenal Women home fixtures, a Sister Club Festival and much more.


Tom Hartley, Arsenal Women’s Development Officer explained, “We are very proud to work with and support SOUTH PARK FC to develop Women & Girl’s football. It is a really exciting time to be involved with the Women’s game in England, and we hope the support we provide will help inspire the next generation of Arsenal & England stars”.
